UKRAINE, RUSSIA, PRESIDENT PUTIN AND THE SOCHI WINTER OLYMPICS

RE: Clarification re information sequence that inspired “New Thinking – Glasnost & Perestroika” in 1989.

The game-changer was to make a cognitive distinction between process and procedure and, thereby, focus the significant value on the revolutionary process as a Soviet tradition.

Making the cognitive distinction between process and procedure enabled the Soviet leadership to place the significant value on the PROCESS that the Soviet people are able to successfully perform REVOLUTIONARY COGNITIVE RECONFIGURATION OF KNOWLEDGE. Making the cognitive distinction between process and procedure enabled the Soviet leadership to free themselves of the time-past restrictive procedures and, simultaneously, retain their pride in time-past achievements.

In 1989, given the pre-programmed US-Soviet procedures that promised mutual nuclear destruction, making the cognitive distinction between process and procedure was the most intelligent leadership way to go.

“Glasnost & Perestroika” are time-now labels of the revolutionary process that is a Soviet tradition.

“Glasnost & Perestroika” is about the need for more intelligent, new experiments. “Glasnost & Perestroika” is not about a rejection of the past. It is about expanding the people’s conceptual framework to include more of their glorious history.

In time-now, people need to be more informed, in order to become more intelligent than their ancestors. New moments demand new thinking.

Ukraine cannot be the best it can be, if Putin doesn’t initiate the new revolutionary experiment.

Armed with the above information, YOU, as Former President of Ukraine, are in a position to communicate, to President Putin, a reminder regarding the power of the revolutionary tradition.

Putin is inspired by competition – well, let Ukraine and Russia compete in producing effective “Glasnost” and building “Perestroika.” The Sochi Winter Olympics is a perfect connection to “Let Ukraine go its own way” and choose to compete in terms of Glasnost & Perestroika; which nation can produce the speediest, most effective reconfiguration of cognition, to most effectively incorporate the time-now expansion of information and the advances of technology.

Glasnost & Perestroika didn’t work the first time. Going to the moon is not easy. To succeed in Glasnost & Perestroika is difficult but it is the most intelligent goal of great leadership. Great leaders are originals. Great leaders are time-now intelligent. Great leaders don’t lead back. Great leaders lead the people in the direction of forward and up, in any language!

If Putin aims to be a great leader, to “Let Ukraine go its own way,” is the time-now, most intelligent, most powerful, most revolutionary way to go.
